Marantz model 7T preamplifier in excellent condition with optional wood cabinet. Rare U.S. manufactured model. This unit has been serviced and fully tested. Our original Performance Verification Report and a copy of the owner's manual are included.
This one owner piece was acquired on accommodation from Marantz by a gentleman that was a design engineer for Lafayette at the time.

Other Original Documents(Tech's Note: the Model 7T stands as a significant piece of Marantz history. The 7T is all hand wired with precision components and selected transistors. A note affixed to the power transformer states: "Each transistor has been selected and positioned for optimum performance in the circuit. Interchanging positions may degrade performance". The Model 7T is at par with, or arguably ahead of, McIntosh of the era. All that was done to this beauty was to replace the electrolytic capacitors in the power supply and in the output coupling stages. Oh, and, it sounds wonderful!)
