Sansui model AU-717 integrated amplifier in excellent condition. Rated at 85 watts RMS per channel into 8 ohms. True dual mono-block design delivers very low distortion and massive headroom. This unit has been serviced and fully tested. Includes our original Performance Verification Report and a copy of the owner's manual.

The AU-717 amplifier incorporates an advanced design feature which has extremely low inherent transient intermodulation distortion enabling negative feedback (necessary in traditional amplifier design but undesirable) to be reduced to the absolute minimum.
Power amplifier design too, shows a departure from tradition resulting in the elimination of DC drift.
Differential push/pull amplifier stage eliminates open-loop distortion. The driver stage is 3-stage darlington connected.
